By requesting or purchasing any service from Ain Creatives, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline how we work together, from the scope of a project through to its delivery, and are intended to protect both our clients and our studio.
Scope of Work
The scope of work will be agreed before the project begins. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.
Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining payments follow the agreed schedule. Final files are released only after full payment.
Revisions
Projects include the agreed number of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
Project Timelines
Delivery depends on timely client feedback and materials. Client delays may extend delivery dates.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate content and required assets. Ain Creatives is not responsible for delays caused by missing information.
Communication
Approvals and revision requests should be made in writing (email, WhatsApp, or another agreed channel).
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final approved designs transfers after full payment. Ain Creatives retains ownership of working files, editable source files, unused concepts, drafts, and internal creative processes unless otherwise agreed.
Portfolio Rights
Unless confidentiality is requested in writing before work begins, Ain Creatives may display completed work in its portfolio and social media.
Third-Party Resources
Third-party fonts, stock assets, templates, plugins, domains, and hosting remain subject to their own licenses.
Website & Digital Services
Websites are delivered in working condition, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to third-party providers.
Client Approval
Changes requested after final approval are treated as additional revisions or a new project.
Limitation of Liability
Ain Creatives is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
